Hours

We begin our pet care day at 8:00 a.m. and the last pet care visit at 9:00 p.m., every day of the week. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please make reservations via email. New clients please feel free to call 760-3946 or email us for more information.

Payment

We request payment on or before the first day service begins. We accept checks and cash.

Key Return

By participating in our Ready Key Program, we keep your key on file in safe keeping, so when you need our services, we are ready to go. This also allows us to schedule you on short notice if you need us. Our security bonding and liability insurance allows you peace of mind in knowing we will safeguard your key.

Holidays

There will be a $2 per visit or $5 per day fee for services on all holidays (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day; Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).  In addition, we may require that these days be paid at the time the reservation is made to hold the spot.

Reservations

There is a 48 hour minimum for reservations. Reservations made with less than 48 hours notice will be assessed a $20 fee.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a reservation. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a $20 fee will be assessed. If you return from your trip before the date stated, we request notification of at least 24 hours, otherwise no refund or credit will be made.
