Hours

We begin our pet care day at 7:00 a.m. and the last pet care visit at 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We take reservations and schedule appointments for new client consultations during that time.

Payment

We request payment on or before the first day service begins. If you choose a monthly service program, payment is due on the 1st of each month prior to commencing that month's service.

Key Return

By participating in our Ready Key Program, we keep your key on file in safe keeping, so when you need our services, we are ready to go. This also allows us to schedule you on short notice if you need us. Our security bonding and liability insurance allows you peace of mind in knowing we will safeguard your key.

Holidays

There will be a $5 per day surcharge for services on all holidays (New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day; Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).  In addition, we may require that these days be paid at the time the reservation is made to hold the spot.

Reservations

We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a reservation. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 fee will be assessed.

Immunizations

Your pets must be current on all immunizations.
